In case you haven't noticed, the Great Internet Blackout of 2012 to protest SOPA/PIPA has begun - and really, all for a pretty important cause. Perhaps one of the most distressing pieces of legistration (on top of everything else, really) to come into play - and no, SOPA is not being shelved and oh wait, PIPA, the companion censorship bill, has a vote that's just around the corner. But today is all about making a point, so Wikipedia, Google, The Huffington Post (to name a few, really) and various organizations, charities, and individuals have all joined in to create awareness and protest the bills.
